Either find or buy some tequila because it’s TACO NIGHT!!!!!!! Who doesn’t like tacos, they are great. Great for a family dinner or just eat it all yourself there is no shame when tacos are involved. Being a college student in the middle of Nowhere it’s hard to get some real quality Tacos in my vicinity. Now time for ingredients:

2 teaspoons dried minced onion

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon dried minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup water

Best part about tacos it’s incredibly easy to make. Mix minced onion, salt, chili powder, cornstarch, cumin, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, dried minced garlic, and oregano in a bowl. This is going to be our seasoning for the meat. On a large skillet over medium-high heat just toss the ground beef, and I really mean throw that meat up on that bitch. Tacos are meant to roughed up bit that’s how you awaken all the taco flavors hidden in the meat. Stir the ground beef around the skillet till you see browning should take 7-10 after be, sure to drain some of the grease keep some of the grease it will make the meat even better. You’re probably asking yourself how flavor there is? Let me tell you it’s a lot. Bring that flavor demon back to the heat. Pour seasoning mixture and water over the beef; stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook until the moisture absorbs into the meat, about 5 minutes. Your taco beef is ready but the taco is not yet complete. Heat a flat corn tortilla on the skillet don’t let it over burn. Smear some guacamole on the tortilla then a layer of our flavorful meat. A layer of parsley and diced tomatoes and onions. And finally, sour cream(if you so choose). Enjoy your tacos beautiful people!
